A well-organized personnel file provides evidence that staff meet program requirements and supports effective supervision and management. Participants will explore what belongs in staff records and how programs can create systems for monitoring clearances, qualifications, training and required documentation. OCFS Topic Area 5

Math happens everywhere in after-school programs—from games and building to cooking, art, sports, and everyday problem-solving. This interactive workshop helps educators recognize and create informal math opportunities that encourage children to explore, estimate, measure, identify patterns, solve problems, and explain their thinking through hands-on, real-world experiences.
