Coaching as Supervision

Description: Supervisors and directors will explore techniques that support staff growth and development in this workshop. Building on positive youth development approaches, participants will learn what staff need to be dependable, independent adults in the workplace, and what leadership needs to do to get them there. This session will count for 1.5 hours of OCFS training credit (OCFS 5, CBK 7).
