Timothy Fowler is the Project Director for the School-Age Technical Assistance Resource Center (SATARC). He works to connect afterschool, summer, and expanded learning professionals to the content they need to succeed through training, coaching, consulting, and technical assistance. Before moving home to upstate NY, Timothy worked for the Missouri AfterSchool Network, coordinating technical assistance and professional development for the state’s 21st Century Community Learning Center grantees. He has more than 30 years’ experience working for children and youth in a variety of community organizations. Timothy holds a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs — Nonprofit Management and a graduate certificate in Organizational Change through the Truman School of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri–Columbia. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
