Description: This workshop will introduce Dr. Karen Mapp’s Dual Capacity Building Framework and Dr. Steven Constantino’s Five Simple Principles while exploring the difference between compliance, involvement, and engagement. Participants will:
- Understand essential research and frameworks of family engagement.
- Explore practices associated with compliance, involvement, and engagement.
- Review current practices to understand strengths and areas in need of further review.
