Coaching as Supervision (3 hr)

Coaching as Supervision is a class designed for after-school program staff to enhance their supervisory skills through coaching techniques. Participants will learn effective methods for coaching their team members, understanding different roles within a team, and developing a step-by-step coaching program to support their team’s growth and success.
